All my prices are the same from chest to full body.

Flat colors: 25 PHP / 30 USD
Flat colors but may include some highlights and shading if necessary (such as on glasses and mirrors)
Can have no background, color background, and a simple background
Lineart: 15 PHP / 10 USD
Lineart only without colors
Can have color background or no background
